​If you plan to use insurance, I recommend contacting your provider to verify your mental health benefits, deductible, and copay, as coverage varies by plan.
Policies & Procedures
All therapy sessions are currently conducted remotely via secure Telehealth.

At this time, I am only able to provide services to clients who are physically located in the state of NJ during their sessions.
Out of Network
For clients who prefer not to use insurance, or if I am out-of-network with your plan:​

Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $180

Couple's Therapy Session (50 minutes): $275
For clients paying out of pocket, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
